Sales Training Programs: Selling Skills
Our Selling Skills sales training program comprises four workshops: Sales Mastery, Securing Strategic Appointments, Negotiation Mastery and Think on Your Feet.
1. Sales Mastery
Sales Mastery helps sellers grapple the critical role of persuasion when face-to-face with a client. You’ll learn how to:
- Manage the interpersonal interaction between the buyer and the seller;
- Leverage the most out of your sales calls and client meetings; and
- Use the DISC framework for understanding human behavior.
This sales training workshop makes extensive use of role plays, and is designed to be intensive and challenging. It is however a rewarding experience for both new and skilled sellers.
2. Securing Strategic Appointments
Is there a critical decision maker you have to get in front of? Do you need a playbook for getting to a certain category of decision maker? Securing Strategic Appointments will dramatically improve your performance. You’ll learn how to:
- Create a value proposition for the meeting request;
- Embed a request for a meeting with an irresistible promise of value;
- Structure a voicemail message; and
- Structure an email to the gatekeeper.

3. Negotiation Mastery
This sales training program has been designed to reduce the risk of sellers giving away value during the final stages of the deal. Once the client has accepted a proposal, how do you also take into account the interests of your organisation? This workshop:
- Builds on Sales Mastery;
- Assists with price problem solutions; and
- Teaches sellers how to shift from a ‘the customer is all that matters’ focus to a solution that encompasses the interests of both parties.
4. Think on Your Feet
Just as the name suggests, this workshop teaches you how to deliver a message in any situation. You’ll learn how to:
- Present with clarity, brevity and impact;
- Speak informally and more often; and
- Deliver your product or service benefit message with precision.
