Eddie Smith

Eddie is the Principal and lead consultant at Sales Schematics Australia. He founded the company in 2004. Previously, he was the Sales Director at Compass Group, and P&O Property Services. He has held Sales Management roles within the Advertising industry with companies such as BRW Magazine and Australian Posters.


Eddie holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, is a Miller Heiman master trainer and is accredited in the use of DISC profiling instruments.

Brett Bonser

Brett is a Director of MathMarketing, and the co-founder of Funnel Camp™. Also qualified as a Miller Heiman master trainer, Brett’s background includes roles as Sales Director in the Telco industry. He brings a strong B2B marketing understanding to the SSA team.

Neil Gibson

Neil Gibson heads up the Clients-for-Life and Negotiation Skills practice. Neil has a procurement background and led a procurement team for Western Mining and other large corporate clients. He brings a deep and thorough understanding of the Resources industry.

Rolene Liebenberg

Rolene is a Learning and Development professional. She is a qualified Miller Heiman trainer and has also designed and delivered Certificate IV programs for the Australian Institute of Management. As the lead Sales Mastery trainer at SSA, her focus is on Selling Skills and Coaching. She has designed many of the SSA sales training programs.

Barbara Biltoft

Barbara manages Client Services at SSA. Barbara plays an integral role in the preparation of client workshops and is a valued support to our consultants. She also conducts client loyalty interviews for our Clients-for-Life key account programs.
